At CALLISTA for 3 generations of producers we produce the delicious and exquisite food products suitable for the daily table. Loving our work in nature, we grow our trees with passion, trying to have the most delicious fruits for our products. After all, it is our philosophy to first like what we taste from what we produce and only then to share it with you.
Many things have changed along the way, helping us to acquire the know-how to become better at the way we work in nature and the way we communicate with our crops. We knew from the beginning that the difficulties are many and the time we grow and strengthen our trees is non-negotiable. That is why, without haste and always with respect to nature, we learned that in order to produce delicious products, we must take care of the crops daily and with passion, creating delicious raw materials.
All these years we have managed to grow our pistachio, to acquire the estate with our tomato plants, to grow our almond grove and to improve our olive grove, because we were sure that we can share with you even more fine products always following our philosophy . For us happiness is to be happy when you taste our products every day at your daily table and this is what we will continue to do.
Giving a promise that all the raw materials we produce will always be with the mildest cultivation methods with respect to the environment and to you who prefer us, all year round we will lovingly try to take care of our plants to enjoy our quality products.
