Ingredients
- 600g dark chocolate
- 320g extra virgin olive oil CALLISTA
- 240g flour, all-purpose, sifted
- 8 medium eggs
- 200g granulated sugar
- 100g black sugar
- 100g of pistachios crumb grated into chunks
- Caster sugar
Execution
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
- When the chocolate melts, move the pan from the heat, add the olive oil and stir with a spatula. Let it cool.
- In a mixer on medium speed, beat the eggs with the sugar until become white.
- Add the two mixtures and stir slowly adding the flour and pistachios until become a homogeneous mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160oC in air for 30 to 30’ using a baking pan 30X35cm.
- Serve with caster sugar
