
Ingredients
- 500g ligkounini pasta
- 2 medium cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3g saffron
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil CALLISTA
- A little sugar
- 300g chicken broth
- 100g Parmesan
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Execution
- Boil ligkounini in salted water for 5 minutes and just withdraw on time.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan saute onion and garlic until golden and then add the broth. Add the saffron and stir. Put linguini and stir until you liquid becomes low and soften the pasta.
- Serve immediately warm sprinkled with cheese and pepper.
