Ingredients
- 500g lasagna
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 250g fresh mushrooms, chopped or 120 g dried, chopped
- ½ cup of olive oil
- 300g chicken broth
- 100g Parmesan
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- A little sugar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Execution
- Boil the lasagna in salted water for 5 minutes and just withdraw them on time.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan saute onion and garlic until becomes golden, adding the fresh mushrooms and the broth. If you have dries mushrooms you should leave them for 30 minutes in water to soften. Add lasagna and stir until liquid becomes low and soften pasta.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with warm cheese and parsley.
