Stefanos Andreou

Stefanos Andreou was born in 1985 in Piraeus. He studied at Rhodes tourism industry and culinary art in the National school of Athens in 2005. He worked in famous restaurants and in hotels in Athens and Rhodes next to Greek and French chef.
Working next to renowned professionals, Stefanos acquired influences from both French and mostly of Greek cuisine. His working experience allows becoming a specialist to Greek cuisine, because he can ’boost’ the Greek classic recipes and create new ones using only Greek traditional food products as well. Stefanos stands out for his passion for traditional Greek cuisine and how to enrich it with new Greek ingredients creating delicious and healthy dishes.
